my schedule is fucked beyond recognition, i try to wake up early to go walking but i couldn't this week, and i usually start getting dizzy and fucked up at hours ranging from 11 to 2 and then i make no sense about anything so i have to go to sleep; and sometimes when i get arsed to go to bed, i can't sleep until several minutes, if not hours, later. and i usually blackout for around ten minutes during the day.
but yesterday i went to bed at around 2:30, walk about 8:30 and slept like 2 hours at around 4. and the thing is, i usually can't sleep in during day light hours.
