It's a tricky one really - Blood on the Tracks is my immediate choice, but that kinda stands apart from all his other albums, in my head at least. And since going through a horrible fucking mess of a break-up with my ex, it's too wrapped up in all the emotions of that time. Though oddly, I can happily listen to On the Beach, which also soundtracked the same period, without any problem.

So leaving that aside, I'd have to go with Bringing It All Back Home - I mean, fuck, when you've got Maggie's Farm, It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding), It's All Over Now Baby Blue, Gates of Eden, Mr Tambourine Man & Subterranean Homesick Blues on the same LP, I'm amazed that no-one else has chosen it already. Sheer fucking genius.
