My Chemical Romance's first album wasn't completely terrible. It was like sub-Thursday/-Taking Back Sunday kind of stuff. Not great, not something I'd listen to, but I had a girlfriend who actually later went on a date with the drummer of that band before they were really popular. During our relationship, I heard one of their albums. It was tolerable.
