^^^Mathrock song titles are only ironic, sarcastic, me thinks
and i also think most of these bands also play some of their music in a cynical way, like "we can play, we could play anything, we're into indie rock , let's play prog indie!!!!"
i think it's mostly a refined sense of humour.
