I've never cried to any music but I do get emotional listening to lots of euphoric dance music such as that, 808 State (if it's the one with the saxophone in), Go, You're Not Alone, etc (I don't have a clue who the artists are).

Otherwise it would have to be My Bloody Valentine: Something, Slowdive: Avalyn 2, Bardo Pond: Tommy Gun Angel, and another vote for Mind Games.
