i think you meant TARkovsky. fuck yeah, solaris, amazing, ive seen it about 3 times already, and i haven't seen the others except his student film the steamroller & the violin-- cute, not a masterpiece, but you have some inklings of what was going to happen later in terms of cinematography.

anyway, congrats, this guy was truly awesome, and i hope you never recover, i haven't.
