it is incredibly cool for a while tho. well it was to me. until it gets to the point were its fucking up yr health seriously, you look horrible, yr coughing upflem every few minutes, you stink, yr out of breath, yr afraid, you cant concentrate and all that shit.
The book ALLEN CARR'S EASYWAY TO STOP SMOKING - which you can easily download a pdf of on a torrent site is REALLY AMAZING.
i read it ages ago and its what got me over the entire fear/pyschological shit. it requires no willpower.
i sound like some fucking add but still if you wanna quit READ THAT BOOK.
it even encourages you to smoke while you read it.
now i always said i would rather die of lung cancer than read a self help book - so you know i'm not just being whiny and annoying you with some positive thinking bullshit.
