I totally agree with that. And it goes back to the Hendrix thread as well... sorry, here I go, opening up a can of worms... I think a lot of people listen to certain music because it's "revolutionary" or it "changed something" and all that is well and good. But fuck, if it's not entertaining to my ears, then I don't really give a fuck. For example, Rage Against the Machine may have changed some shit but that doesn't mean I have to listen to them, just acknowledge their shittiness and the fact that they had an American Flag upside down on their amps (whoa!!!!!!!) and go on.
