Also, there are many other federal programs that could be stopped and save us a lot of money. Until we start paying back our debt and redefining our 'dollar', these stupid economic policies thrown around by Obama and McCain do not mean shit.

I also find it hilarious when you ask someone Why they voted for Obama and they just say 'change' and are totally unaware of his positions. I'm not accusing you guys of not knowing what he stands for, but I'm sure you've heard it from a lot of people who do not know what they are talking about.

I voted for Nader just for the sake of voting third party. I would have voted for Ron Paul, he's a real man of intelligence and true convictions.

ok, no, i didn't support them for that reason. it was for these reasons:

read up. far from perfect, but extensive, comprehensive, and well thought-out.

plus the individual brilliance of the guy-- time to have a smart president again. somene who listens and thinks before he acts.

ron paul? i see a white supremacist anti-abortion "libertarian" with no political base whatsoever, pandering to the pothead vote. nader? a pointless candidacy-- talk about cult of personality: "the ME ME ME party".

anyway, at least you cared enough to vote, so it's an honorable defeat.

now let's wait 74 days and see what happens, eh?
