Why?
The book is my favorite Vonnegut book, so I certainly planned to be hard on this film. Surely it was EXACTLY how I pictured it in my mind, but it was far from awful in my mind.
I thought it was a better adaptation than Slaughterhouse, but nowhere as good as Mother Night.
