i've been thinking about starting yoga classes because i'm sitting still way too much and don't want to lose my flexibility. i'd say you have to build it up and not do crazy backbreaking things at once.
mil: it has to do with keeping your brain active, you have to give it some rest before going to sleep. but if you sleep fine, there's no problem
