Yeah, don't do it unless you can devote some time to it. It's time-consuming, and takes a great deal of attention to detail. The biggest chore is sanitization of all the equipment. The stuff can get infected fairly easily. And it takes a bit of patience--takes at least 6-8 weeks from the time you brew it to the time it's ready to drink.
