There's like a 1,000 book/music stores around that stay open until like 10 or 11, so a job shouldn't be too hard to find, plus I'll get to be an elitist snob to those that make crummy choices. which is lame but still kind of win.
The house/apartment is the tricky bit, because I don't want to have to commute by car every day, so my area of searching is limited to a very small area and the housing is notoriously tough to get and it's very high crime area. funfun
