I just read it and, like Barnaclelapse, I foresee a legal nightmare but (if what Levin says is accurate) ultimately can't imagine Fox turning down a healthy wedge of the profits for a film it (again according to Levin) has no intention of making. The legal argument in favour of Fox seems to be that while it had turned down Levin's version of the script, it doesn't mean that it's not looking for a different one to to work with. And if Fox really does own the rights and really is keen to green light its own version, then things could get really tricky for Warners. Deep down I want it to go to Warners though (my favourite studio) against Fox (the one i like the least).
