Sometime last night or this morning I realized it might be a bit daunting to have one singular judge involved with this, both for the judge and the community. So I think the three people with the highest votes after the voting period would make sense as a triple threat judging system. (Each of the top three would have equal power, but the process could be entirely up to them).
