It was completely remixed for the Goo Deluxe reissue. In several cases, they actually added parts not present on the original Demos release, like the mammoth shrill drone that ends "Corky" or the big rock reprise of "Dirty Boots", and they left the natural segue between "Animals" and "DV II" intact, so mostly positive changes on the reissue! Buuut...they cut the drum intro to "Lee #2" for no conceivable reason! So really, the original Demos release is essential for this fill alone (plus an inferior--but still alternate!--mix of the entire session!).
