I think Shellac is way more influential than Big Black.
BB has influenced Ministry and NIN, Young Gods, well not many.
Shellac has influenced almost every band on Touch&Go in the 90's ( it was more cloning than inspiration ), many bands on Amrep, like Guzzard, they almost created a genre ( minus the name ).
