three days ago 700 of 1900 trains for the day were cancelled.

'on time' is arriving or leaving within 10 minutes of scheduled time.

when they ran out of trains last year, they bought the old decrepid 1960's ones they sold back in the early 90's, BACK for around 10 times more than what they sold them for.. damn rust buckets are loud and uncomfortable and unsafe/./
