yeah, this might be true for bands that sound like green day or papa roach, but black metal is a style of music where an anti christianity, pro satanist, or pro pagan stance is a given for every single band in the genre, so for a black metal band to come as being christian is firstly bizarre and pretty much antithetical to the founding concepts of the style, secondly has taken about 20 years to happen because who the fuck in their right minds starts a christian band within a supposedly satanic subculture? thirdly is marginalising yourself within something that is totally underground and obscure anyway, and fourthly the bands i linked are never going to sell many records (and by that i mean i'd be shocked if any of these groups sells more than more than 500 copies of their records) due the fucked up harsh nature of their music. which is to say nobody who only listens tochristian music is ever going to hear about this stuff because of where is comes from and what it sounds like.
