Rob, I don't like that song. It doesn't sound like they put much thought into the lyrics. The melody is pretty cliched as well.
But what's worse, it attempts to disillusion me about someone whom I perceive as sweet and loveable. Plus there are allusions to sex, dare I say anal sex, with the star in question, and yet there is no direct reference to such.
If I were the TV star in question, I would sue Butthole Surfers for slander. I would.
