you serious about the mayo?

just pop a raw egg into your blender, with a little mustard, white pepper, salt, then run while you trickle a bit of oil (i like EVOO), it whips up nicely. add a bit of lemon juice or vinegar & you're set. i like mine w/ a lot of crushed garlick. o yes.
