I'm a big believer that each person has every right to choose how they die, if they so want to. So.. whether *I* were to find it gross or undignified or not.. really seems a little irrelevant, when it isn't me dying.
Motorcycle mama sounds hardcore though, and it would not phase me one bit if that were how I end up. Seems a little more *digified* than shitting yourself for weeks on end while waiting in a home for the time to come.. But maybe my idea of dignified is different to yours.
