so aside from the obvious allusions to Romeo and Juliet here, let me ask you, is this girl an orthodox christian? I understand many Palestinian Arab Christians are Greek Orthodox. If she is practicing orthodox (i mean for real, not for family) then it will be very hard to get over things, its hard for orthodox christians to date any non-orthodox people, the orthodox church requires a strict lifestyle which is fairly incompatible outsiders [ trust me from experience with this one
