It's alright. "stuff" is the same as anywhere. The 'australians' are actually quieter here than they are when they go overseas.

Better than it seems? you sound like you think it seems crap, so probably yes it is better than it seems to you.

I guess you mean 'annoying' similar to what I just wrote about being loud when they visit other countries. When I was in the UK I avoided everywhere that was labelled as an 'oz' hang out. I avoid the same people when I'm in my own country. They're just called cunts.
