Yeah.
I actually can't even do more than 20 sit ups anymore without excruciating back pain.
It wasn't always like this...I've always been
big but I didn't have this problem until I gained 30 pounds in college...and a good chunk of it got distributed to the northern mountain region. Since then my back has been totally fucked up.
oh well. i guess im pretty lucky in the long run.
and, all in all, i really like my body.
