I think I mostly still live and enjoy life as much as I did in my 20s or any other time. Not much has really changed in that regard. I think you do get a wider perspective on things, though, and become calmer. One important thing is to stay healthy--don't do the obviously unhealthy things when you're young that will make your old age difficult, like smoke, overeat, over-drink. Take care of yourself, get excercise, stay balanced, and there's no reason age should stand in the way of enjoyment.
