I wasn't aware that they've actually reclassified it as B again. I don't know why, I've heard that when they downgraded it rate of use went down. Maybe it was for votes, it wasn't a popular decision and people are too stupid and scared to think that the downgrading is a good thing even if people are using it less.

They reclassified it as a class B drug in January of this year.
