I would venture that if you actually did a run down of great versus crappy things in your life, the great would outnumber the crappy. The problem is that greatness is fleeting, but crfap is remembered and dwelt upon and rehashed.

Most people I have ever known spend much more time talking about SUCK things than about the good things, even when great things happen to them.

i think our suffering is our nature, and we are going to suffer no matter what, so you may as well determine your own life man.

besides, like the wise sages say, all is temporary, and this is true, and this means that it is also true that you can and will CHANGE
