What do you want to make?
Most oven-top stuff I kind of just throw stuff together. I only really use recipes for baking and desserts.
Sauces you at first need recipes for, until you realize the mechanics of that sauce, then you can sort of do it by feel. Chicken Sate is my favorite to make.
