white presidents can cater the special interests of white voting blocks and lobbyist groups, where as a black president couldn't dare support black interests, the white people would start to get nervous that maybe that 40 acres and a mule might begin to materialize, and adjusted for inflation is approximately $32,500 USD (2009) X 40,000,000 (american black population 2008)
