This does not negate reality though, and this all got started because you said Florida was not exactly Southern, which is simply not true. Perhaps Orlando or Miami, but Northern Florida is as Southern as it gets, or as my dirty south folks say, "Y'all bettah axe sum-bahdy.."

i don't know, i've been all over florida, know people all over florida, spent at least a week in most parts of florida, my mom lived there for several years when she was a teenager, and worked in my grandparents restaurant.
and then i've lived in georgia for 90% of my life... i think i can spot the differences.
