hey, just for fun, here are other southern states. you tell me what the outlier state is.
SC : black 28.5% , language 5.2% , foreigners 2.9%
NC : 21.6% , 8.0% , 5.3%
TN : 16.8% , 4.8%, 2.8%
AL : 26.4% , 3.9% , 2.0%
MS : 37.2%, 3.6%, 1.4%
the only thing remotely close to FLA is that blacks don't live in tennesee...
