I'm glad Sonic GAIL jumped in, it was getting so silly around here. If all you see in Florida is Disney, its like saying all of LA is West LA fashionistas or vegan nazis from Silverlake... but in South LA is a bunch of jumping gang activities, in East LA the immigrants are pushing tamales and raspados on the block with shopping carts.. rich black folks postd up like the Cosbys in Lidera Heights... LA is such a diverse place, and this is just one city (that has a third of the state)!
In Florida there is a lot of diversity as well.. sure there are tourists and caribbeans, and also rich white folks and retirees, plus normal american urban folk, and there are gangs and shootings and drug dealing, all that normal good americana city life.. but there are also plenty of backwoods racist mother fuckers, ignorant as folks, po folks, etc etc, all of which folks like those arguing with me here I would suppose would rather not acknowledge they are there in Florida... america is a very very diverse place, but we must call out and address the negative and minimize it.
