I have an older, much less spiffy one but it seems to have lost tcp/ip. One of these days, I'll try to reinstall windows--never done that on a laptop.

erugh.. I would cry.. if it was past the warranty. I still have about 11 months left..
but yes, the poor thing is kind of in doomsville. It will start kind of fine in safe mode, but trying to load in regular means non responsive, then black screen of forever nothingness, except for arrow, that can do nothing.. paperweight atm.
