cannot sleep. don't want to. too much on my mind. parents coming to town tomorrow. lee and leah (and family) performance sunday. aunt getting a surgery appointment friday. cousin mysteriously ill. on top of that, i am afraid i was a snob to the librarian when i was going over my search with her because i said that one of the results was a big deal at my elite college. it's ok. she was like, well, shucks, as if she didn't care and i shouldn't be dropping names at the library anyway. but this was just the icing on the cake. weird day. mom and dad saw the jeff bridges movie. i saw it months ago. weird that we both saw it. it is like a coincidence that suggests big things. well, just that a lot of people between our demographic profiles have seen it. crazy heart. crazy fart. sounds better than it looks. it's not as bad as it looks. lol. i feel like atsonicpark or whoever writes those paragraph-size posts. hers are better. his? dunno.
