If you can't see that I was giving them full credit for brilliant satire, you're even more of a self-absorbed, pompous know-it-all than I previously thought.
Call it "throwing in the towel" if you want; I prefer to think of it as a dead horse with a design fixation and an overinflated sense of worldly wisdom.
