The only indication I've seen of that being true, at least recently, has been those paedo witch hunts a few years ago. From what I can see, the masses are more likely to mistakenly burn down a paediatrician's house than they are setting fire to the houses of parliament. You talk a lot
about 'the masses' but I have to wonder how many of them you actually talk
to.
