i'll call attention to the fact that i've never seen an official lyric sheet so as indicated on my site, those lyrics are my unofficial interpretation, but i think i'd trust my unofficial interpretation over any other interpretation on the interterp.. er, internet. got carried away.

i'll revisit a lot of the unconfirmed lyrics when i update the site next, see how my ears hear em 8 years later.. i do check many live versions in addition to the studio versions though...

I'm so old I don't know what "noob" means. But if it implies I'm new to Sonic Youth, let me just say that my first SY purchase was in 1989 (Daydream Nation) and my first show was the Goo tour in '91. Seen them practically every summer since then. But I've never come across an "official" lyrics sheet, so I thought I'd ask. I call COOPERATE!

By the way, I'm preparing a lyrics sheet for 1991: The Year Punk Broke--I'm teaching the film in a class I'm giving this summer on "punk." So, I guess I'm trying to replicate the performance there, but also compare to any other versions floating around. Thanks, everyone!
