can't you have courses?

look, start with a nice bowl of goat head soup MADE WITH BEER. oh yeah. beer soup rules. gooat head soup rules too. combine them FTW.

follow with some fried eggs and a slice of placenta-- think eggs & spam, or scrapple.

end with cup cakes for dessert. not my favorite, but whatever.

you're lacking fruits & vegetables dear. could you dump the cupcakes & have a bowl of bing cherries instead? oh yeah, and have a side salad with the placenta&egg-- something like finely chopped lettuce, tomato, cucumber, parsley or dill.

you've got to be fucking kidding me. you aren't supposed to gnaw through the membrane? will I be ok if I already started in on it? is it safe to feed to my cat???

I'm sorry for all the questions, but I just dropped $500.00 for one of these things (no questions asked) and I'm afraid that if I don't eat it soon, it might get a little gamey.

in place of the cow hearts or is this anticucho mas extra?

if it's in place of, what's the equivalency between placentas and cow hearts (let's say the placentas are about half term size...)??

also.....how does one KNOW if the placenta you just bought is fresh? I get the feeling that mine shouldn't be this color or have bits of hair in it...
