DV 69 12" insert

hi everyone
I realized I was missing the insert in my copy of the DV69 12" single (Homestead / Blast First first pressing).
Anyone here could be nice enough to scan me the interview + credit pages ?

Ironically I have the interview insert but not the 12"! I just spent a bit of time digging for it and can't find it, but if you squint you can make it all out here.

I can definitely use those Discogs scans for the credits / lyrics and live pic but the interview is way too blurry unfortunately.

Found it! I think the date should be Jan 20th '85, not Jan 13th.
