Blind Melon Are Back

There was a rumor in the air lately that I didn't believe to be honest because it sounded so unreal to my ears! But now, it's confirmed: the melon guys are back with a new singer !
We all know that Blind Melon will never be the same without Shannon Hoon and some of you may think it's weird but just take a second and think about how lucky we are: we will be soon able to hear Glen Graham, Christopher Thorn, Brad Smith and Rogers Stevens playing amazing music again... priceless!
"I'm just looking for someone who's good," said Rogers Stevens back in 1998 when the band was searching for a new singer. "If somebody tried to be like Shannon, it would be to their detriment. You don't want to try to fill his shoes. It would be unfair to ask somebody to do that. The only way to do it is to move forward and not look back. It's a cliché that time heals all wounds ... I don't know if I'll ever totally heal, but I can at least move forward.". "This is something we're laying to rest as a positive memory. Dwell on the good rather than the way it ended or even the bad times. If it wasn't about the music, you wouldn't do this anymore. You have to do it for yourself."

This sounds like a bad idea, they should at least change their name if they go through with this.
