I've known of them for awhile without hearing them. When I was at CMU a few years ago they had a gig but I missed it, I didn't know what they were like. I was also at a show where my friend's band played (that I was supposed to be in but wasn't because we went to the museum instead of jamming for the first time) and a girl from one of the bands announced that "a celebrity" from Grand Buffet was attending the show.
I never thought much of it, but then my friend Nic was talking about them the other day, and I found out they toured with Wesley Willis and opened for Of Montreal and stuff. Anyways, they're pretty good in that really fucked up kind of way. |
