how do i get 7 windows without paying for it?

Right, our neighbours are some of them benefit cheats and they've just had the windows of their housing association house double glazed for FREE.

My question is, how do I get my 7 windows replaced for free?

Should I (the wifey) quit my (her) full time job and sign on and get limitless money handed to us, or should I fake my own death, get the windows done with the life insurance and return as my long-lost identical twin brother (who can't work because of a "disability" and so will have to live on hand-outs for eternity).

(Any similarity between any of the above and true life events/sitcom plots/soap plots is inevitable).
