Figgis Detained After 'Shoot a Pilot' Comment - Moviefone

I just read this on AOL news, this is as silly as people wanting to rename French Fries and other post September 11th nonsense. All they had to do is check his luggage for a gun like they would anyone else, but to hold the man for 5 plus hours over a misinterperation that was security's mistake? Lame.

Perhaps he, of all people, should have thought twice about uttering that remark. Fuckwit airport security aside, I don't have a great deal of sympathy for him.

Its US Homeland Security. That haven't caught a terrorist yet! Buttheir budget grows and grows and now if you want to work in the US you will have to be approved by Homeland Security. Its total fascism. Where's Leatherneck and those other Bush lapdogs who used to harass anyone who didn't gush over Bush. Oh yeah, HSA cut them off the payroll.

its such an obvious comment how could it possibly be misinterpreted. He probebly explained he was a directer too. I mean really if you read his body language when he said it plus the fact he is a director. What an utter waste of time. Who hasnt heard of a pilot tv show?
