Kind of like Alien Nation. Alien refugees land in South Africa in 1990, and are forced to live in horrible circumstances, while giant spaceships hover over the city and steal water and electricity from power plants. There's a fight in there where a telekinetic alien tosses cars at soldiers. Sounds cheesy, but it's awesome.

Yeah, very nice work. I didn't know about his work before. I like the way that all of his films have a similar vision, it works really well mixing the effects/CGI stuff with non-actors/real environments. I think the Halo film will be fantastic!
