rib eye, top loin, New York strip, Delmonico (club), T-bone steaks and A-1
salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, spinach, raw broccoli, onion and/or celery and baby carrots...(favorite dressings: balsamic vinaigrette, creamy balsamic, creamy italian, blue cheese, Russian)
blackened amberjack
cajun marinated catfish with tobasco and tartar sauce
salmon with rice and chunky salsa
whole wheat tortilla wrap with tuna or shrimp salad, cut lettuce, sliced grape tomatoes
whole wheat tortilla wrap lightly browned with queso cheese blend, diced onions and banana peppers
vanilla yogurt plain or with grape nuts, banana and/or blueberries
huevos rancheros with tobasco
