Depends I suppose....I'm usually nodding my head and tapping a foot. I scream pretty loud once in a while. Most times I have a beer in my hand. I dont stuff myself into the crowd and mosh at high-energy shows anymore. It used to be my livelihood but now I'm contented to do more watching/feeling and what I mentioned earlier.

I'm a mosher. But if it's too extreme, I refuse. I'm short and I don't like to be down on the ground getting stomped on... and it has happened.
