What does the DJ in Incubus do?

The Wikipedia page lists, for Light Grenades, "Turntables, Hammond B3, Moog Voyager, Rhodes, Mellotron, Piano, Marxophone, and Theremin." But I don't think I really hear half of that in their music, am I missing something?

i found it priceless when readers of a teenager's rock magazine (can't remember which one) elected him best dj of the year 2003 (that was the time when I still listened to linkin park)

Back in the day he used to do scratches and stuff. He had a coupla songs on earlier albums that were his own tracks.
