I'm not sure if it's specifically from the P.O.V of the devil, but Aphrodite's Child's '666' album is bound to have something on it that fits the bill.

And I know you didn't want any Black metal but no tracklist of songs sung from the perspective of the devil would be complete without Emperor's 'I Am the Black Wizards'
