For those living in Tel Aviv, Israel, Blonde Redhead will be opening for Depeche Mode there. Two really good bands in one show, I wish Blonde Redhead they would have opened for DM for the North American tour, but I was stoked with The Raveonettes too.
Blonde Redhead has been recording their next album, so those going to the Tel Aviv show, might get some new songs. Just thought I would share this...

Who the Hell lives in Israel though? Are there enough fans of these bands to justify these gigs. Excuse my ignorance. I'm just curious.

i suppose that if it was up to you, bands wouldn't tour, now would they? they might just play in your backyard and be done with it. |

Huh? I didn't mean it that way! I suppose I was just wondering about the music scene in a place like Israel and any bands are more than welcome to play in my backyard. |

I was in Israel/Palestine a couple of years ago and there was a massive indie scene there, unfortunately a lot of the kids get drafted into the army at 18.
